Inspired by the tremendous success of the Jeaneau 64 introduced in 2014 and the Jeanneau 54 introduced just this past fall, comes a brand new yacht for 2017, the Jeanneau 51. Once again the design team of Philippe Briand and Andrew Winch have teamed up to create a new standard in the growing luxury yacht market.
On deck the 51 offers the same outside living and sailing accommodations as found on the 64 and 54 including a large, comfortable cockpit separated into two distinct zones with the aft zone reserved for all things related to sailing and the forward zone reserved for lounging and dining. Two especially unique features that are direct carry-overs from the 54, include the forward, aft-facing cockpit seats and the integrated lounge chairs that are part of the drop-down swim platform.
Like her big sisters, the 51 has been engineered for choice, giving customers a wide range of options and different layouts to choose from. This flexibility extends to the interior wood selection as well, allowing customers the choice between the more traditional teak-like interior or the lighter, more contemporary oak interior that has become so popular since first introduced on the Jeanneau 64.
The new Jeanneau 51 will make its initial debut in Europe this fall and will be introduced in the United States in February at the Strictly Sail Miami show. Between now and then more information can be found on the web at Jeanneau.com and also on the Jeanneau America Facebook Page.
