Although the Annapolis Sailboat Show is still a ways off, we know serious buyers make their travel plans early and we wanted to be sure to give you the heads up that we will be proudly displaying the Jeanneau 64 at this year’s Annapolis show from October 5-9, 2017.
“Design-wise, the interior is impeccable. Finish quality is well above average, and Andrew Winch has added several stylish touches—including subtle leather trim throughout and wooden sinks in all the heads—that really set the boat apart.” Charles Doane, Sail Magazine
Designed by Philippe Briand in conjunction with stylist Andrew Winch, the Jeanneau 64 has been described by many as a mini superyacht. This is certainly a great compliment since a superyacht of any size is a pretty magnificent thing, totally customized to her owners taste from stem to stern. Of course along with a totally custom yacht comes a totally custom price tag as well, i.e. a high one! So one thing the 64 is not is a custom yacht. But it is as we like to say, engineered for choice. In a nutshell, what this means is, a number of different layouts have been engineered into the building of the boat allowing customers to find the configuration that’s right for them without having to embark on the building of a total custom yacht. It’s truly a win, win scenario all the way around.
“The great thing about what Jeanneau offers to the customer, is a highly engineered design that allows for a variety of configurations and options that will meet 95% of the customers desires all at a price that doesn’t come anywhere close to a one-off custom yacht.” Philippe Briand, Designer
“Jeanneau’s new 64-foot flagship is a luxury yacht that is a perfect combination of sailing quality, fine styling and practical value.” George Day, Blue Water Sailing
Over the past few years, I’ve had the good fortune to sail on a host of different 64’s in a variety of great places from Corsica to Marseilles to the British Virgin Islands and I have to say in all honesty that the Jeanneau 64 never fails to shine like the bright star she truly is. So, if purchasing a big cruising yacht is on your horizon, I encourage you to give the Jeanneau 64 a hard look.
The Jeanneau 64 will officially be on display at the Annapolis Sailboat Show from October 5th to the 9th. However, anyone looking to see the 64 privately, prior to the show, is welcome to do so. Please contact Catherine Guiader at firstname.lastname@example.org to make the arrangements.
We look forward to welcoming you on board the flagship of the Jeanneau range, the Jeanneau 64.
